Rest of World
I aim to hold most items in stock, but during busy times such as the release of a new product, it may take a short time for suppliers to send me new stock. The companies I deal with are relatively small, often family firms, as are their suppliers and manufacturers. There are occasionally unforeseen delays. If the delay is likely to be significant (one week or more), I will let you know as soon as possible, and will keep you informed via email throughout the process.
In the unlikely event that I’m unable to fulfil your order, I will contact you and issue a full refund. If I can’t fulfil your whole order in one go, I’ll contact you and offer to fulfil the order in stages. UK – no extra fee for partial fulfilment. Rest of World – you may be invited to pay for additional postage costs.
If you change your mind about an order before it is despatched, I will refund 95% of the value of your order, to cover the fees I’m charged by my payment processor.
