Please ensure our products are legal to purchase and own in your country before placing an order, and check that you can legally and easily purchase blanks, primers etc.  We cannot be held liable for orders that are refused or seized by customs. Once goods are returned, we will refund payment, less any bank/processing fees (5%), and less any carriage fees.


Order Processing

Orders are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  Order by 11:30am on those days for same day processing.



  • Orders over the value of £50 will be sent using a recorded delivery method (1st Class signed for)
  • Orders under £50 will be sent via 1st Class
  • Most parcels arrive next day; please allow up to 3 working days.
  • Please check your shipping method before placing your order. Parcel Force must be used for RIFs; RM is fine for everything else.

Rest of World

  • Please select the postal service you require – UPS must be used for VTG, Pulse B1 and Dynatex products.
  • UPS provide tracking data; you’ll receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel is booked into the courier’s system.
  • UPS – 2-3 days
  • UPS both offer carbon offsetting for your parcel’s journey. This is provided at no extra cost.
  • You may be liable for import tax or duty. Please check before placing your order.

From time to time a website glitch may result in the shipping not being added to the order. Unfortunately, the shipping fee does need to be added before the order is sent out; we will contact you to invite you to settle the remaining balance.

We aim to hold most items in stock, but during busy times such as the release of a new product, it may take a short time for suppliers to send us new stock.  The companies we deal with are relatively small, often family firms, as are their suppliers and manufacturers.  There are occasionally unforeseen delays.  If the delay is likely to be significant (one week or more), we will let you know as soon as possible, and will keep you informed via email throughout the process.


In the unlikely event that we’re unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.  If we can’t fulfil your whole order in one go, we’ll contact you and offer to fulfil the order in stages.  UK – no extra fee for partial fulfilment.  Rest of World – you may be invited to pay for additional postage costs.

If you change your mind about an order before it is despatched, we will refund 95% of the value of your order, to cover the fees we’re charged by the payment processor.
